If you asked him, Peter Osborne would say that the best part of his job is when he helps a diverse group of people to come together and create something positive. He has built an impressive portfolio of municipal, transportation and institutional projects and a reputation for design excellence. Peter’s design approach is highly collaborative and he thrives on working with user groups, consultants and contractors to ensure every project has a consistency of vision and delivers on the client’s needs.
A staunch advocate for quality designs that contribute to the greater urban fabric of cities, he has spoken and written extensively about architecture and design. Peter is a regular contributor to OnSite Magazine, as well as the Edmonton Journal and Construction Business Magazine.
Peter is the current vice chair of the Edmonton Design Committee, executive director of the Royal Architecture Institute of Canada’s Alberta Chapter, a member of the Edmonton on the Edge committee, and a member of the Edmonton’s Green Building Strategies committee.
