New multi-use recreational complex designed to address the evolving recreational needs of the community.

Components:
- an NHL sized (200' x 85') ice surface
- 450 seat concourse
- barrier free viewing areas
- washroom facilities
- concession area
- an oversized home team dressing room
- 4 conventional dressing rooms
- 1 auxiliary dressing room
- administration offices and ticketing facilities
- multi-purpose room.
