GEC's master planning team played an integral part in the creation
of the Master Plan to redevelop Calgary’s Seventh Avenue LRT
corridor. This ‘linear park’ concept to revitalize a stagnant
retail precinct and embrace the success and growth of Calgary’s
Transit system received honourable mention from the Mayor's Urban
Design Awards in 2005.
